there are 28 spam blogs created (on blogspot) with link to my blog (on blogspot) to temper and bring down my search engine ranking . Please advice what to do ?
I've seen the same placed to my site they look like this:
tenn-teudnhg.blogspot.com
the content added is obviously scraped from some where and them theres my link added to a search term that i'm ranking well for.down the navigation there will always be Pornographic content. I'm hoping the algo can work out that i've got nothing to do with this spam but you never know. any advise would be great to hear.

There is nothing you need to do. Sites linking to your site can not hurt your site although if you link to a "bad neighborhood" site, whatever that is, your site could be hurt.
Although I can not tell for sure, it seems Google discounts worthless links at some point so until Google realizes the links are not relevant and only coming from a worthless spamdexing site, your site might actually benefit for a while.

As Craig said, I wouldn't really worry about spam sites hurting your ranking by linking to you, as we understand that you can't (for the most part) control who links to your sites. However, there is some action you can take if you come across spam in Google's index. The preferred method of reporting spam to us is by clicking on "Report spam in our index" while logged into Webmaster Tools. If you don't have a Webmaster Tools account, you can use our non-authenticated spam report form: http://www.google.com/contact/spamreport.html
