Subject: Feeling like a DMCA fool
So, I filed a few DMCA complaints weeks ago, and only a blogger
complaint was acted upon.

Now today I found another copy of my homepage somewhere, so I mailed
the owner of the website and told him I would file DMCA complaints if
he would not do so.

He mailed me back pointing to another copy of my homepage text, and
said "Haha I copied it from there, now who is the owner of the text,
haha".

I already have filed a DMCA complaint about that copy before, but no
action.
