Log in to webmaser tools and then click Tools in the top right of the
My Sites page. Then click "Submit a reinclusion request". On that form,
you'll see that one of the purposes is "# You recently acquired a
domain which you suspect may have previously violated our webmaster
guidelines."
Just fill out the form, explaining that you recently purchased it and
you think it may have violated the guidelines previously. Also, note
that the site currently abides by the guidelines.
You should also take a look at your site and make sure it provides
unique content. Most of your categories don't seem to have any content.
You'll need your pages to have value in order to get them indexed.
