Personally, I don't run ads until a site is of a certain age and a certain level of traffic and then only run ads on pages that have been published for a while, if I use ads at all, but as far as Google is concerned, it shouldn't make a difference unless the ads are implemented in such a way so as to look like they are trying to influence search engines.
But, if you have other sites with the same types of ads, I don't see why you should be having trouble with a new one, due to ads alone anyway.
A link to the site in question might help to have a better idea though. :-)

1. There are no unique titles for your pages. The title remains the same no matter which page one is visiting. 2. Every page has same <h1> tags. 3. Content for each page is same in the beginning and the end.
I get the feeling of being in the same page no matter which link I click.

I took a brief look at your site, and I have to admit I am a little confused by its purpose. Is it an informational site on coin collecting? If so, I would spend some time reworking the content a bit. Specifically, I would avoid writing nonsensical content on every page. For example:
http://www.rarecoins-oc.info/index.cfm "RareCoins-OC.info can help rare coin collector, rare coins, rarecoins info, coins, coin, coins." and 3 paragraphs below that "Here at rarecoins-oc.info we specialize in rare coin collector, rare coins, rarecoins info, coins, coin, coins."
The remaining two pages that I looked at are very similar to the above examples. So if the site's purpose is indeed to provide information about coin collecting I would focus on writing new, unique, and useful content. By doing this other webmasters will be more likely to link to you and that will increase you chance of getting your site indexed.
