Robots cannot follow this. So your homepage which is at
http://web.mac.com/josh.chambers/ is an empty page for all intents and
purposes.
You would need to add there an html link which robots can follow at
least, to spectacles/Blog/Blog.html. Even then it's a wasted page,
since robots are not likely to follow it for a long time.
Why did you make your homepage all the way down in a folder rather
than in the root of the site itself?
Fix up your site structure and navigation all through because right
now it's a bit of a mess and there's no chance of proper indexing if
at all.
The homepage should be at the root of the site and all other pages
should be on the same level or below it, but not above, and all should
be accessible through a crawl starting at the homepage. This means no
relying on meta refresh nor on javascript redirections.

Sorry, I can't help with anything related to mac sites.
How did you upload the sitemap.xml file? That's the same way you'd
upload a new meaningful index.html file, which would overwrite the
existing one that does the meta refresh.
You must have a setting somewhere that resulted in the entry point
being your blog.

An XML sitemap file helps us to better understand your site, but it
does not guarantee that we will crawl and index your site. In our help
center at http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=34397 we have some general information about what you can do to get your
site included in our index. I'm sure the posters here can help you
with more details, as webado has already started doing :-).
Also, in Firefox, the page has your footer bar overlapping text and a
couple of minor glitches. In IE7, the browser pretty much froze. Can't
see exactly what's causing this at the moment, will continue to look
but anyone with an idea will be welcome to help

Essentially, Webado's helpful post pretty much covers the situation.
The main problems lay in the way your site is configured and you might
be better getting help from people who are used to iweb. There is a
forum at
They seem to deal with general website concerns and specific topics
relating to iweb. I'm sure if anyone here can help they will but
posting there might be a good idea.

I use iWeb too and I am wondering if youir solution is as simple as
dragging the home page (in left side of iWeb screen where all the
pages are shown) to top position. It maybe as you have added pages
others have come in above it. Simply drag the Home or Welome page
upwards to the top place and then re upload the site. This will make
the Home page become what is being referred to as the root page.
