I have seen a lot of posts in the last couple weeks on this and one of
them was my own... I want to share a couple thoughts...

It seems google altered something on June 27th and penalized many
sites for either duplicate content or over optimization. If this has
happened to you take a good good, hard, honest look at your site and
delete or de-index your duplicate content and un-do your keyword over
opimization techinques and you may find as we did that you return to
the living (those getting rankings for relevent keywords).
Several of the guru webmasters who frequently post on this site can
provide excellent links to sites that can help you determine where
your duplicate content is and/or your over optimization. (Guru's feel
free to respond to this with those links...)
