If I cut and paste a sentence from my website into Google search I find someone who sells a similar product ranking for the text that they copied from my home page.
Why is someone else showing up for the text that originated on my site when I search for it? I should also be showing up if I search for the text from my site right? Where am I then Google???
Why is this copycat's website also ranking for related "phrases" that are within the copied text?
Google seems to have forgotten large chunks of my text, making it duplicate, remember me Google?
(Note: I did migrate my pages over to wordpress from a static site not long ago and have lost search engine position, could this be one of the factors?)
Otherwise all pages from anywhere that contain those words in any order, anywhere on the page, whether contiguous or not (and discounting article, conjuntions and prepositions), qualify to be returned.
However pay attention to the indented result. Where do you think it's coming from?

I posted about that (www.ne-design.net/?src=QHA023) here before and but couldn't get an answer so now I have it redirected to home. It still worries me because it made my index a kind of duplicate. :(
The redirects are from when I moved the website to wordpress, I 301'd the URLs, is there any reason to take them out? I have never heard about removing 301s, most have said to leave them forever?

The redirects should stay BUT not in your naviagtion. They should stay for letting Google recrwal old midnexed pages (and it will then change them over) and for any rpeviosuly bookmarked page and any inbound links you have.

Well am I correct in assuming your site is not using any query strings with paramater src ? If so then you can intercept all url's that have a query string with src= in it and 301 redirect them to wherever.
How did you do your current redirection?
Your url's for ordering could be disallowed in robots.txt and also nofollowed - unless your order pages have some content you specifically want robots to index. I don't let my order forms get indexed, but that's by choice (to prevent fraudsters and spammers). All the information would have already been provided before getting to the order form in my case, so there's nothing new needing indexing.
