Hi, I submitted a website on 29/8/2007 as www.egagift.com. but the contents of the website is in another location. Few days ago I was wondering how the crawler is going to search without knowing the location? So, I submitted again on 15/9/2007 and in the comments column i noted the website builder's location where the contents are. I'm not sure weather its the right thing I have done, or is there any other way to get this done?
Since you've submitted the URL for your site to Google, you've done all you can do in that regard. However, in order for your site to be included in Google's index, you need to start getting links from other well-ranked websites pointing to your site. Links are the foundation of all of the major search engines. Search on "building links" and you'll find some good advice. Good luck!

With over 200 html errors on your home page alone plus after 10 minutes of using Xenu and finding 151,000 urls, the site may be seen as a link farm, I couldn't find one IBL to you, without these and good unique content on each page I think you'll struggle in getting your site found.

Welcome to the group! If you want egagift.com to be indexed with your content, you will need to configure your domain so that when a user visits it, he or she gets the content that you have created. You may want to ask your web hosting provider how to do this if you need help. As it's currently configured, egagift.com only returns a parked page.
Some helpful webmasters in this group may be able to assist you in the process if you give us a little more information. It would be useful to know the name of your web host, and as Robbo suggests, where your content is currently located.
