Subject: Traffic for Vicodin?
I am noticing traffic to my blog (www.seobuzzbox.com) for pills again,
when I visit the pages I can not find a link on them to my site so
where are they actually coming from?

Here are a couple incoming links from today:

http://vicodin-51581sf4.kolonochka.info
http://adipex-51581sf4.knizhechka.info
http://xenical-51581sf4.knizhechka.info
http://lorazepam-51581sf4.knizhechka.info

All of the above redirect to this site:

http://www.topmeds10.com/

Any need to be worried? What's going on here?

Thanks,

Aaron

The site topmeds10.com is a place that owns many domains trying to
direct traffic to them.

They try to look like a search engion when they are not. All links
that you find there they were paid to put there or affiliate links
whare they earn a commissin. Some of them will only take your money
without you getting anything.

It is the owners of sites like that which use the robots to go around
posting messages to forums and sending spam to you. Aviode doing any
business with them, they are no good.

What do they do in trying to get visitors to make money off of?
1) Post mesages (not spam under the law) to any place they find hoping
that Google sees the link before it is deleted. The more links the
more likeley to get into the database.
2) Send spam which slows down the internet and waist your time and
bandwidth. This also slows down the internet to some degree due to the
large numbers of emails.

Yes be worried that Google dues not spider your pages before you
remove the links. They will lower your ranking for linking to a known
site like that one.

Thanks Ray, I will check if the "comments" being held in moderation
are the same as these links.

The last time this happened I actually had been hacked and they were
boosting the page hidden in a subdirectory (on my host) with many
links then redirecting outside of my site to themselves.

Thank God for a more stable version of Wordpress!
