people who should be-emailed, please post them.
Also, please post if you actually do e-mail them so that we can keep
this thread up among the hundreds of other complaints and do something
useful towards the problem.

I actually e-mailed someone at google (other than those i've listed
here) and they said they agreed that the new layout is horrible and
was suprised that it was distributed to everyone at this point in
time. They also said that as soon as they saw it Google would be
bombarded with complaints.
Nice to know there is at least one google employee who thinks like the
rest of us "common" folk.
