I'm having the same problem. I beleive it is wide spread. It has something to do with the browser cache. It isn't something that should be cached and will probably be fixed soon. Hopefully!
Yeah... apparently no one from google has responded to any of the topics regarding this issue. I'm sure they know of it but it would be nice to find out whats up.

Yea... I've noticed that now too. You can recreate it by closing your browser then reopening it..... Its just not checking properly. I get sunset sometimes and also night time and it is 12pm.
