Any individual with a question or comment about Google Web Search is welcome to post here, and we encourage you to use the search box up there on the right to find discussion topics that interest you — if you have a question, chances are it's been discussed in this group before, and if you've found a useful tip or fancy yourself a Google Web Search expert, we hope you'll jump in and share your knowledge with others here to create a thriving community.

Google employees will be popping in to this group from time to time to post announcements, share tips, and answer questions. Messages from our "Google Guides" will appear with a blue "G" badge.

• Getting help with Web Search:

• Have you already consulted the Google Web Search Help Center? We're constantly updating, so the answer to your question can probably be found there. Here are a few pages from our Help Center answering questions commonly asked here in the group:

• Delete my search history (that drop-down list of my past searches)

• Search for punctuation or special characters

• Remove info from Google's search results

• Google sends me to the wrong domain (e.g., Google.fr instead of Google.com)

• Every result I click sends me to the same site or to another search engine

• Fix iGoogle problems
