1.1 FileUpload widget

Hi,

Okay, I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but I'm wondering if I
missed something in the FileUpload widget. I figured that we'd be
seeing a FileUpload widget which would support "auto upload" in an Ajax
like manor used in Gmail.

If one was inclined to do make the "auto upload" version, they'd
probably need to listen for changes to the FileUpload widget... so I
can see a logical extension to this class which implements
ChangeListener - but it would probably be better to roll this
functionality into the FileUpload widget itself.
