CSS Style sheet: interoperable?

HI all,

Is it possible to make the style sheet interoperable across browser?
Should we have another compiler (like GWT for JS) to get this done, i
know there are too many things in CSS to be made interoperable (subtle
incompatibilities like width and others )?
