To non-Google folks:  this is a weekly bug triage report that the GWT team does internally each Wednesday.  Since GWT is now open-source, this report will be posted to the -Contributors list.  This is the first such report.

The purpose of the report is to have one person (currently: me) review all open bugs, and roughly categorize them, as a way to help other team members understand the scope and get a sense of trends in incoming bug reports.  The report is not intended to relieve developers from reading the detailed reports personally, though.
