Google Mini Crawling, but not Indexing

I have just purchased a second Google Mini to crawl our Intranet
site. I went through the Systems Settings Configuration Wizard
sucessfully. I set up a crawl and it seems to crawl for a short
period of time however nothing shows up in the index (it is empty).
This new Mini is setup exactly the same way as our first Mini which is
crawling and indexing our Intranet site just fine.

I checked the log files on our webserver and the new Mini shows up
with a 200 HTTP response code for the starting URL. But it only
seems to request the starting URL and does not crawl the rest of the
links on the page. Again this second Mini is setup the same way as
our first Mini. I am not sure why this second Mini is not crawling
the rest of the site?

Could it be defective?

Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

It could be defective, or there could be some other problem. Can you
verify that the Mini hit your start URL in your web server log files?
