Google Mini 3.4.14 missing some Oracle data

We are using the GoogleMini with version 3.4.14 of the software. Among
the pages it spiders are a series of JSP pages from an old Oracle 9
database. A certain percentage of the material from this database is
always dropped--not always the same data, just some. We know that the
data are accessible because using the public google search engine
(site:oursite "the term that we can't find in our local GoogleMini
search") always nets the appropriate results.
What may be causing this? How do we cure it?

Not sure about 3.4 as that is really old but this troubleshooting
