401 Error with Google Search Box for SharePoint

I have installed the Google Search Box for SharePoint on our SP server
mulitple times, and we keep getting 401 authentication errors when
performing a search in the new box. We are using Kerberos in our
environment. However, secure searching from the GSA works fine with
Kerberos, and I have gone through the entire Kerberos Troubleshooting
guide on Google Code's Appliance site. Anyone else using the Search
Box for SharePoint and have it working/not working? What steps did you
take?
