error in results in french language

i got an error in results that seached a french website:
it shows "h tite" when should show d'hepatite.

Hi Sergio,
Maybe you should give more details of what's going wrong. I assume
though that the spelling suggestions didn't show "d'hepatite" when you
misspelled the word. Do you have the hl=fr parameter in you get
request to the GSA?
If the problem is somewhat different, then please elaborate!
