You can delete the "history" by going in your account.
1 : On google main page, on the top right, clic on "Sign In". 2 : Enter your email + password 3 : Again, on the top right, clic on the new option "My account" 4 : On the left, the is an option called: "Delete Personalized Search" 5 : Read the section : "Please read this carefully".. it will describe what are the consequences if you delete the section. Well you will no longer have "Search History"
Hi! I also use the search-history, because I find it very useful, especially if you include it in your Google Personalized Home. However, back to your question how to delete the list :-): 1) Click the following link to open your search history. You may also be asked to enter your Google Account password (same as for Gmail)! http://www.google.com/searchhistory/
2) On the left you side of the window of your search history you see a couple of items (Web, Images, News,...). Below of these items, there should be a link named "Remove Items". Click on this link
3) On the middle (right side of frame-window) you will see now on the top, 2 buttons ("Remove" and "Cancel") followed by some links, where the last link is called "Clear entire Search History". Click there to delete the whole search history, but however you can also choose to delete only single items, by clicking on them followed by the button "remove"!
Thank you, it worked for me. But my question should have been; about "Google Webpage." When I type a word like "Adam" it shows all words I searched with first letter "A", like Adam, Adult etc. How do I avoid this. I'm not happy when others can see what I'm searching. I hope you have an answer to this one. Thank you again.... Joemac

Hi, what browser (IE, Firefox,...) do you use?? There exists a Google service that searches for you in real time (Google Suggest), but as you described your problem it is for sure a configuration of your browser. I guess that you use Internet Explorer (IE). If I'm right, try the following: 1) Open Internet Explorer 2) On the menu click at "Tools" and "Internet Options..." 3) Different tabs should show up. Select the tab-folder "Content" 4) At the most bottom there is a category "Personal Information". There should also be a button called "AutoComplete..."! Click on it 5) A dialog will show up: Uncheck the checkboxes from "Forms" and "User names and passwords on forms" 6) Click the two buttons: "Clear Forms" and "Clear Passwords". This will delete all previously entered search entries and passwords you typed in on webpages!
I hope the problem should be solved now :-) Otherwise contact me!
