Try Mobile GMaps. Much more versatile program than Google Maps, and
it works great with touch screen phones (I have and LG Vu).

e65 and google maps

Hi.
I installs the gmm and it works.
BUT, It doesnt show the map on the my location on the satellinte view.
did anyone succeed working with e65 and map view ?!?!?

I have been trying to download the latest version of GMM (2.2) for my
Samsung SGH-A737, and every time I go and try to download it, it gives
me the message "content not signed" then "certificate error". This is
the way it is every time.

I have (2.0.2) already installed on the phone, but it won't upgrade

A link to download 2.2.0 would be extremely helpful to us as that was
working. At least we'll have something until it is fixed. I really
miss having GMM on my blackberry. Thanks.

Can you advise downloaded the map application to the phone but during
installation it doesn't load the appropriate certificate to then allow
network access. Will there be an application update that will
included the appropriate certification?

Java version on Centro

I would like to try the Java version of Google Maps on my Centro.
However, when I go to the download site on Blazer, it only downloads
the palm version. I have wasted too much time trying to find a direct
URL to the Java version. I am really wanting to try the Transit
features of the Java version that have not yet made it to the Centro

HTC Tilt was able to FIX satellites when using WM6.0 & GMM 2.0.0.12 -
worked very well

Upgraded to HTC's ROM WM6.1 & GMM 2.2.0.19 - cannot FIX satellites. I
installed GPStest 1.0.4 to see if it could & received mixed results
for detection & FIX. GMM just sits on "Seeking GPS satellites (0)..."

Just go to google.com/transit through safari, I tested on iPhone 1.1.4
works perfectly
