1. Google Maps for mobile version: 2.2.0.20
2. Specific device : LG Incite by AT&T
3. Exact OS : Windows Mobile 6.1 Pro
4. Summary of issue:

When entering a search in google maps mobile on the full touchscreen
LG Incite, the as-you-type suggestions appear to cause the keyboard to
disappear after each letter, making it almost impossible to use.  I
posted a youtube video of the problem here:

5. Reproduction Steps/Notes:

Try and search

6. Desired Results:

The search suggestions should appear but not make the keyboard
disappear.

7. Workaround (if you've found one):

Type really fast, but as soon as it searches for a suggestion and
tries to display it, the keyboard disappears.  If there were an option
to disable the search suggestions I would guess it would work, but
that is a really nice feature.
