Subject: Moving The Map Marker
On one of my store locations, I do not have the option of moving my
map marker from an incorrect location.  When I set up the account for
this particular location, I was able to move it - and did.  It
susequently defaulted to another, nearby location.  Now when I click
on Edit on the map, the next screen does not offer the option of
moving the map marker as per the instructions in Help.  Thanks for any
assistance.

It depends on the location of the business, which you did not state.
Do you want someone in this forum to take look?  After all, two sets
of eyes are better than one.

That's actually an issue the team is working on right now. You should
be able to go in and edit the location of marker for all of your
listings. This should be resolved soon, and I'll keep the group
posted.

We're having a problem getting the moved marker to stay moved. Our
location is incorrect on Googleearth/maps and we must have moved the
marker to the correct location at least 5 times in the last 2 months.
Yet it keeps going back to the original, wrong location.

This sounds like a problem that is caused by a recently instilled
function of Google Maps.

Google Maps is starting to allow ANYONE to move the marker of ANY
business location.  Moves over 200 meters require review (I have no
idea what kind of review process they use), but anything less can be
moved any number of times.  The potential for abuse is obvious.

Maybe this is your problem.
