How do I get Google's attention to complain that the maps of New Orleans have been replaced with Pre-Katrina maps? I think it's just reprehensible. People across the world have access to the Google Maps tool to get a look at how things are in any given area, and they should be able to see the blue roofs, the lack of traffic and activity in areas, etc.
HJB - you are so right! Google - shame on you for changing the maps. I have used the satellite maps often but now have to question their accuracy. Google - put the truth back up. Until you do.. the value of your maps tool has to be questioned.
I would like to support your intentions to COMPLAIN TO GOOGLE!! When a company begins to put spin on their products as GOOGLE has begun doing lately, they are in danger of losing credibility. GOOGLE has apparently been making the transition from independent and reliable search engine to CORPORATE STOOGE. This is irrehensible and I am no longer recommending what I once believed was the best company on the web.
GOOGLE, QUIT PLAYING POLITICS AND GO BACK TO WORK FOR THE PEOPLE THAT MADE YOU FAMOUS!

I wanted to let you all know that your feedback about the satellite imagery in New Orleans is very important to us, and we've updated Google Maps and Google Earth to show more recent data of the area. You can read more about this change at the Google Blog at http://googleblog.blogspot.com/
