this one to unify.
If you:
- Are on an IP that is used only by you or a few other people
- Are not seeing satellite tiles show up after some amount of time
using Google Maps

We believe we fixed the problem with the satellite tile blockage for
reasonable uses of Maps. If you do encounter it again, please fill in
the sheet.

As long as you're using Google Maps or the Google Maps API to access
the tiles, then you shouldn't experience satellite tile blockage. If
you're using a program that illegally scrapes our tiles, then you
likely will.
