Cannot order a photo

When I will order a photo, i have a grey screen when i push SHOP button

I have the same problem and am using Ubuntu with Firefox. I also have
a Windows machine running Vista and have no problem, same pictures and
when I use SHOP everything works fine.
Not sure how to get anyone's attention to fix what is clearly a bug.
