I wanted to address the issues that have been reported on this help
group. We've seen many reports of users not being able to create, edit
or delete pages and also not being able to upload or delete files.
We are aware of these issues affecting Groups and we're working
diligently to fix them. We understand the affect this is having on
your ability to use the product. We greatly appreciate all of the
information you've provided about these problems.

I cannot add a page. I consistently see the same error message I
think others have been seeing:
An error occurred while processing your request...
We're sorry, but we are unable to display this page at this time.
Please try again in a few moments.
If you continue to get this error, please contact Google Support.

GG isn't currently working for my group StrangeHorizons. Cannot upload
files, create new pages or modify the group picture. This will drive
us to Yahoo groups if it is not fixed.

it was working ok for me earlier this evening, but now seems to have
gone back to having the same problems of not being able to create or
edit webpages
