Searching in the directory problem

Hi,

That happened to me no more than once.
Searching in the iGoogle directory does not work at all,
but only for certain queries, eg.:

I am searching for "chessig" and I am geting response:
Content-Length: 0

I've had about half of my gadget delisted as well.

This is one reason why I've considered this platform as dead. Google
is apparently taking a page out of Apple's playbook of screwing
developers.

You can try re-submitting the gadget but I'm not sure if they will
relist it.

Go figure. "Do no evil" my ass.

My "Reminders from God" gadget use to appear in the directory when I
searched directly with the name, but now does not appear. The gadget
has over 100K subscribers.

Any reason for de-listing an existing gadget?

Appreciate any help getting it listed in the directory again.

Google Sidebar Gadgets - AuthSub not returning to Calendar

Hello,

I'm trying to use AuthSub within a Google Sidebar Gadget. Technically
it works in that the user is authenticated.

However, instead of returning back to the calendar, after the user has
been authenticated and permission granted, the user is taken to the
url of the gadget directly.

Google Gadgets to be Deleted from Directory

Does anyone know who to contact to get Gadgets removed from the
directory? I cannot use the deletion request form, because the files
no longer exist, so I cannot verify them. My email to Dan, who used
to do the deletes, was ignored. I suspect the email address in his
profile is a mailbox that is not monitored.

Hi,

I've searched the google directory several times and the gadget
doesn't appear to be listed. I followed the instructions weeks ago
regarding how to submit it, what else do I need to do for others to be
able to discover my gadget ?

feeds in tabs not loading

I noticed this morning that the "feeds in tabs" gadget is no longer
working when embedded outside of igoogle. It is just a blank
rectangle, no tabs, no feeds. I'm hoping this is a temporary issue -
anybody else seeing this?

We saw the same issue on one of our gadgets. Debug shows
document.body is null after traversing some Google RTL code (right to
left, for localization into RTL languages). Adding a <body dir="ltr">
at the beginning of your CDATA and a </body> at the end of the CDATA

I am having the same problem with tabbed gadgets. Not only on igoogle
display but also on other web pages where it is embedded. They were
working last night, but blank this morning. I noticed on the general
google help forum that there were problems with blank gadgets but that
was related to a setting of gl=all and that's not the case here.

How can I delete a Gadget from the directory, if I have already deleted the file?

Flash Gadget Problems

I'm getting reports from users saying that some of my gadgets are
appearing blank. I haven't modified the code in months.

Is anyone else getting similar emails from users? I'm thinking it
might be specific to flash gadgets.

I guess
" body {font : italics 14px/1.6em Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; } " is
wrong.
There is no such value as *italics*, it is *italic*.

I am not sure what error you are getting.
Mention it clearly, so that someone could help you.
