Hey all.

Anyone noticed that the Google web comments extension appears to be
broken?

Compare <a href="http://blogsearch.google.com/blogsearch?
scoring=d&hl=en&lr=lang_en&q=http://www.google.com/reader/view/">URL
1</a> (From the extention: 906,047,796 results, most seeming
unrelated) to <a href="http://blogsearch.google.com/blogsearch?
hl=en&scoring=d&lr=lang_en&ie=UTF-8&q=link%3Ahttp%3A%2F
%2Fwww.google.com%2Freader%2Fview%2F&btnG=Search+Blogs">URL 2</a>
(Hitting the "enter" key in the search box at the top of the previous
link: 3,410 results).

Is anyone else having this problem?  Is a fix likely?

Yes, I've noticed.
I can see 33 million of web comments for my blog, but these pages show
no backlinks to me.
The results are the same for any page where I select "view comments".
