I just tried using it in Firefox 3 Beta 4, and on a brand new profile,
after install and restart, in the options page the Stop Sync button is
showing, as if GBS is already syncing, and there is no Key entered -
and I am not able to type in the key, and if I go to the next tab, the
selection box where the items can be selected / deselected for syncing
is completely blank.
A shame, as I have come to rely on this extension extremely heavily
now, it acts as my primary session restore *and* Bookmarks
synchronizer....

Wow I cannot believe there are only 5 reponses here. Google toolbar
and Firefox go hand in hand. I cannot imagine updating Firefox without
this extension. This extension is the reason I use firefox over IE in
the first place.

I disagree - I am switching to Fx 3 pretty much now - 40%+ of the
extensions I use int Fx 2 are now supported in Fx 3, so...I'll be
there as the extensions I want get updated.
However, I am going to use Fx 3 regardless of whether Google updates
GBS or not - Fx 3 has too many bug fixes and security fixes over Fx 2
for me not to.

Not me - I use Fx for a slew of reasons, and I am using the Fx 3 b4
because it is *fast* - faster than Fx2, IE, and right up there with
Opera in terms of speed, *and* it has a lot of security fixes....

The extension "Nightly Tester Tools" from the Mozilla add-on site will
allow you to use otherwise incompatible extensions. It doesn't fix
the Google extensions, but it does make many others work.
