Timeline view : Set filter fails

"Set filter" fails on phrases with quotes. Setting the filter and
clicking "set filter" results in a search where the quotes are
replaced by &quote;, which fails to return anything useful.

Using Firefox 3.0, Windows XP

Well, I had never used Keyboard shortcuts, I just use the Keyword
suggest. But maybe I'll try it.

Yeah what happened? I just read this Google Blog post and it had a
picture of the Experiment you were referring to and it piqued my
interest. But it is nowhere to be found! I think this is a great idea
and should be available again.

Yes, I was referring to the link that moves to the NEXT and PREVIOUS
pages. And yes, I did just recently discover the J and K key
features, and those are a great additions to applaud, and takes the
edge off my gripe. But I'd still like to see a direct shortcut to the

Ditto.

Some horizontal movement keys, such as H & L, would also be useful to
navigate sub-results, like those returned by the terms "pew research."

It looks like this has been fixed as of this morning. I'm using FF3
without any problems.

I am glad I am not crazy, I thought it was my fault and it isnt, I
really liked it before when it would go to each result rather than
randomly skip many pages. I hope they work out the bugs soon but for
now I am going back to the regular Google search and look at the
pretty olympic google logos until this gets fixed. Gambate Google.

This bug is quite an annoyance, but it'd be quite worth it if Google
is indeed implementing a Next/Previous page shortcut. That, combined
with the ' (link search in Firefox) = w00t!

(BTW, while I'm at it, anyone know if there's a way to post comments
on Youtube or "Send" this message here on Google Groups? Thanks in

Same here. Using safari on an updated Mac 10.5.4. Total bummer -- now
i have to use the mouse again!

Doooood, it's still broken and I just emailed a bunch of people about
this feature yesterday. It was so cool for the hour that it worked.

I'm having the same problem on Firefox 3 too. Google please fix it!
This is the most useful Google Experiment for Google Search!

Same here, Safari.

Indeed, however, the next/prev page should be another set of keys. I
want the results back :)
