Subject: location data type definition?
Apologies in advance if I didn't search hard enough in the list
or the docs for this.

I see a reference to a "location" data type, but I
don't see where it is defined.  What is it?  Just any
short string which is meant to represent a location,
or is it something more formally defined?

Thanks.  -- Aaron Watters

Hi Aaron,

No worries.  You can read about the attribute here:
http://code.google.com/apis/base/reference.html#attTypes.

Here's an example that returns jobs posted within 3 miles of the
Googleplex:
http://www.google.com/base/feeds/snippets?bq=Google[item type:jobs]
[location:@"1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA." + 3mi]

(note: you'll need to encode that url)

Eric
