Although you can get some transit information through Google Transit
at the link below:
http://www.google.com/transit
But to my knowledge, there is no way to access the same data through
the Maps API for use on your own site. I did a quick search of Maps
API documentation and the Maps API discussion group, and both seemed
to confirm this conclusion.
