I'm looking to access Google maps to get public transport data. Is

I am surprised to find that the AJAX API has no ability to chose a
country for search within.

If you are living anywhere outside the US, for example UK, FR, AU, NZ.
Then you are likely to use your local search e.g. [link],
and choose 'pages from Australia'.

Good day all...
Newbie to this. I've searched the forums, but don't see much
applicable to what I'm stuck with. I'm having some problems using the
new API loader. I got the samples to work, and can get a sort of
search (needs work) restricted to my site.

I could make a simple search eng for my website (powered by google).
However, I need to use AJAX API search at my website and I've heard
that it is good for google ranking and I can attract more visitors.
I have registered for a AJAX API Key but I don't know that how should

I m using Google Map Api in my application...as i run Google map page on
Mozilla it works fine but when i open it on IE (internet Explorer 6,7) it
gives that java script error(Object doesn't support this property or
method) and does,t show map...can any one solve this problem for me

Predefined Local Search

I'm trying to create a Google Map that will display a local search in
the same manner that Find Business does on the main Google Maps page.
The What and the Where will change depending on what the user wants to
see and where they are located but those options are predefined.

I have added the google map in my site and i did alot of work on that
map...i also want to add search option on that map...i already tried the
search control on my site but it displays seperate not on my map all i want
to add that search option on my map.if some one search for the location it
should point out that location on my map not on seperat control.
