If you read the documentation for the cursor object and paging, you'll
see that it is not supported for Local and Blog searches.  If you want
the paging functionality for Blog and/or Local searches, I would
recommend voting for "At least 32 results for all search types" on the
Suggest Features page of this group.

Ok, It's strange that google.search.Search class has implementated
"gotoPage" and descendants classes as BlogSearch can't use it ... I'll
wait :(

Well, the gotoPage is implemented as part of the google.search.Search
class because the actual searchers essentially duplicate that class's
prototype for their own basic functionality.  And since gotoPage is
shared between all the searchers except Blog and Local, it's
implemented there for the sake of efficiency.  Vote for the
functionality on the Suggest Features page and join the club of the
waiting!
