Is there an API or something for using the dictionary that can be
found on Google translate page?

What dictionary are you talking about?  If you're asking whether we have a
Dictionary API, the answer is no.  However, we have an issue tracker where
you can vote for issues (
http://code.google.com/p/google-ajax-apis/issues/list).

Sorry, I don't know the terms of service for translate.  However, maybe you
should check out the FAQ (
http://www.google.com/intl/en/help/faq_translation.html).

I think in general we don't allow scraping (what you're asking to do), but
check the FAQ and terms of service listed on the link I sent you.

Anyone interested in this feature, do the following:
1)
Go here:
http://code.google.com/p/google-ajax-apis/issues/list?updated=16&ts=1...

2)
Where it says Search OPEN ISSUES, type DICTIONARY, when the only match
comes up, click the star to the LEFT

3)
Post a nice message.

This helps let it be known to open up the API for programmers.
