Hi everyone,

I would like to share with you that I started a blog about Google AJAX
Search today. The name is pretty obvious and the url is
http://dutchisms.typepad.com/google_ajax_search.

I basically created the blog to document detailed installation steps
for myself, for other TypePad user and for TypePad Support.

At the moment there's a conflict with individual entry pages if they
have got comments turned on. I wrote two blog posts to prove this: one
with comments enabled and one with comments disabled.
Yesterday the issue has been submitted to TypePad support with all
details. If anyone on this forum has suggestions how to fix this, then
that'd be great. I'm especially concerned about the way the <body
onload="onLoad();"> tag is configured in the default script. I
believe among Javascript programmers there's a best practice to chain
such event handlers so that they all can have their turn. I don't see
how this is happening on my blog.

Please go and see if you think it's any good. Looking forward to any
feedback.

Here is a solution:

Also Note we built a TypePad based AJAX Search API Playground blog.
Feel free to take our sample modules and adapt as you see fit.
