Hello GGRC Members, 

SenSpa Wellness Center and GGRC are teaming up to bring you a collaborative project on health, wellness and mindful living. 

On Sunday, June 2nd at 11:30am, we invite you to join us after your morning run in our 13,000 square foot space located in the lush Presidio. Just across the street from Palace of Fine Arts. Don't worry, there's plenty of parking and easy access by bus!

At the event we will have nibbles, noshes and nectars while you participate in two 10-15 minute conscious, informative talks. In the past we have had foam rolling for pre/post event, suncare for all year long, the role of hydration in running and so much more. (Speakers to be determined soon!)

In addition to our talk partnership, SenSpa will also provide a GGRC member benefit ~ 10% off all treatments and services Monday through Friday. We will provide a card with the discount on the back ~ you will write your name on the front! Simple and easy to aide you on your athletic and wellness journey!

We hope you will join us in this fun & healthy inaugural event! If you would like a tour of the facility ~ please come a little earlier than 11:30 or join me after the speakers.

If you cannot make June 2nd @ 11:30, then please join us for our "Summer Wellness in the Presidio Fair" event. We will have 3 seperate complimentary yoga classes, complimentary chair massage, tastings by Pressed Juicery & Juice Shop as well as talks from YMCASF, Presidio Sport and Medicine and Crossfit SF. This event is on June 22nd (SAT) from 9am -12.
