Subject: Help!! help!! pls help..
Hello fellow ppl of this group.. I am in a dire need of help..
My G-mail id is [email address]
Uptil day before yesterday i was using a password which i can still
remember..since my computer was affected by key logger viruses i
changed my password on thursday 29th of january at around 9.30 P.M
(I.S.T) to something which i must say is impregnable (am still
breaking my head on it :'( )
The greater problem is that i have forgotten the answer to the
security question and my secondary email id is nonfunctional :-( with
all this i filled up the recovery form too but to no avail..
Gmail thinks am using some other person's email id.. but i am not ..
and i swear for it.. ( in fact my IP address will too!! )
So Pls. friends do help me out with this situation.. if any ppl who
are with google are able to see this kindly help me out.
I can prove that am the owner of the above mentioned gmail id
([email address])
I require the mail very urgently since its my official as well as
personal id and its loss will be a very very huge one for me..
So kindly consider my request ppl @ google and in this comm.. and do
send me ur responses on how i can rectify this. mail-id or personal
contact of ppl in Google Team will also help i a way..
yours faithfully,
Gopalakrishnan Vasudevan

The title of this discussion group says GMAIL and Chrome.  If all
these GMAIL inquiries are "off-topic" I might suggest changing the
title.  Also, can you tell us what the gmail discussion group URL is
again so we can use that, please?

Thank you!

The correct emphasis is: "Gmail AND Chrome". If you have a Gmail-
related problem that has nothing to do with Chrome, use a fitting
topic.

The Gmail Help Discussion Group can be reached by clicking on "Gmail
Help Discussion" at the top of this page.
The Gmail Help pages can be reached by clicking on "Help" top right of
your Gmail screen.

Thanks Gravi_T!  I didn't mean to sound sarcastic in my post but was
really curious.  Thanks for the help!
