  If you mean me, and if you mean delays delivering emails, of course. Not &lt;br&gt; every day, but it still happens. It&#39;s like asking if traffic jams on the &lt;br&gt; highways still happen. &lt;br&gt; Something like 95+% of email today is spam. No wonder it gets bogged down &lt;br&gt; sometimes. &lt;br&gt; Andy

  Your best bet is to export your contacts from web.de to a csv file and &lt;br&gt; the import them in to Google. Then set up a Plaxo.com account to sync &lt;br&gt; with Google and let Plaxo send you Birthday reminders.

  I&#39;ve seen that ever since I started using email on the Internet. It happens &lt;br&gt; from time to time. Servers get overloaded, etc. If it happens to you &lt;br&gt; consistently, then something is wrong. &lt;br&gt; That one is less common, but I&#39;ve seen it too.   Does it actually appear purple for the recipient? I&#39;m pretty sure that &lt;br&gt; the color change is something Gmail automatically does for its &lt;br&gt; display, but it doesn&#39;t actually format the message that way. &lt;br&gt; Ryan
