Subject: No Google Docs option on download

I receive an Excel file daily via e-mail. I no longer have the ability
to download into Google Docs, the option does not show for that
specific e-mail address the file is coming from. I only have the
option to download and open in Excel.
Excel files from other e-mail addresses do offer the Google Docs
option.
Any suggestions on curing?

Yeah, i'm received one with a .DOC attatched and the option to "Open
as a Google document" is not there. It's gone from all non-gmail
contacts.
