Subject: VIew Mesages Unthreaded or Non-threaded
Is it possible to view Gmail messages as individual messages instead
of in threads? If not, will this option be added at some point? Is
there a gmail "skin" out  there that offers this feature?

You could use any email client with either IMAP or POP access to have
the threaded messages (called 'conversations') delivered as individual
messages in your Inbox, if that is what you prefer.

However, as this 'conversation' feature is GMail's USP which none of
the other 32,761 email services out on the web can provide, and is
also very well liked by most GMail users, it does not seem likely that
GMail would undo this feature. However, you may always suggest for a
manual threading or unthreading of messages here,

AE, I do indeed use Apple's Mail.app to view my Gmail unthreaded; I
just wish I had the option of viewing them unthreaded when accessing
Gmail via my web browser. Nobody's talking about "undoing" the thread/
conversation feature, just having the ability to disable it.

GMail currently does not offer that configurability to users, unless
one wants to manually either change the Subject while Replying/
Forwarding, or use a fresh compose rather than the Reply/Forward
links.
