Description: Welcome to the Message Delivery subgroup! This is the place to ask questions about delays, spam, blacklisting, and other delivery issues. You can also ask questions about Mail Fetcher (aka "Get mail from other [POP3] accounts"). However, you should check out the POP and IMAP subgroup for problems with email clients, or the Reading/Composing Messages subgroups for problems with the Gmail web interface (forwarding pictures, oops errors, etc).

cannot open spam folder 
  i like to monitor my spam folder. my problem is that when i clikc onthe folder, i get a 'loading' baloon message at the top of the screen...but the process - it never completes.
