1. Clear you Temp Internet Files (if you have IE) or your cache if
you have other browsers. Also clear your cookies.
2. Run Gmail with the secured HTTP mode: https://mail.google.com/mail/ 3. Please give more detail on error #103. Where do you get it. What
does the message say?
I'm getting this message regularly also. Everytime I try to send or
save an email the message "Oops... a server error occurred and your
email was not sent. (#103)" pops up on the screen. I have never had
any problems with my gmail before, and just recently (the last two
days) I have been recieving this message. I haven't changed a thing
about my computer, no updates or anything. Also my laptop is
encountering the same problems (which I also haven't changed a thing
on but uses different anti-virus and firewall software. I have tried
clearing temp files and already run in secure mode. Any other
suggestions? This is extremely frustrating.
Thanks

I'm getting the very same message and I am a brand new user (4 days).
I'm always cleaning my internet files. I was able to send my messages
using my former email service (msn.com) and I may have to go back to
it since Gmail seems impossible!

There is obviously a problem if so many of us have it. I am a new
user, same issue. Error #103, trying again in 1 sec, 2 sec, three
days, whatever. It is very annoying!

I'm getting the same message. It happens when I hit Send, or Save.
It says:
Oops... a server error occurred and your email was not saved. (#103)
[or "not sent." if I was trying to send.]
The messages seem to get saved or sent, though! This just started for
me about a week ago. It's intermittent. I will try your suggestions
noted earlier.
