Problems with MAPPFinder

Hi, I  used MAPPFinder to analyse my data, everytime I tried to loading a local MAPP folder, it produced a run-time error"3356".How can I fix it?  Thank you!

Greetings,

Unfortunately this is an undocumented bug. As a result, we don't have
an immediate answer without further investigation. This error
typically results from accessing a database which is already open.
Some suggestions are:
1) Determine if you are the administrator of the computer. If not and
you did not install GenMAPP under your user account, do so (may
require the administrator to uninstall GenMAPP first.
2) Re-download the MAPP archives for your species of interest. If a
MAPP file was somehow modified or opened when the program crashed,
problems may persist when MAPPFinder is reading it.
3) Re-install GenMAPP. This will be necessary if a database was not
properly closed and it remaining inaccessible by the program. After
uninstalling GenMAPP, make sure not left over component remain,
otherwise, that may be the culprit.
