Dataset contains GenBank IDs as primary ID, GenMAPP produces exceptions for these

The GenMAPP mouse and human databases don't support GenBank IDs since
there are simply too many GenBank IDs to fit into our database. In
order to import data annotated with GenBank IDs into GenMAPP, the IDs
will need to be switched to a GenMAPP supported gene ID system.
Possible solutions for this problem:

1. Contact the array manufacturer to get any available alternative
annotation.

2. Use an online resource to convert the GenBank IDs to for example
Unigene IDs. Examples of such resources are:
