I've done something very similar to Michael, and it at first also
looked like his result. Then I went "backward" and deleted Tiddlers
from the overfilled alpha TW that are only included in the (empty)
"old" mGTD but not in the (empty) mGTD alpha. That's also tidious,
maybe less work than what Simon proposed. It's particularly all the
different old templates.
Even the reminders plugin worked fine in alpha afterwards (though I
don't use it).
