Subject: Link is not working.
I have a site with lot of ecommerce related articles. I have already
uploaded the links initially the were working. But some of the links
do not work now. the message appears in the FireFox is like this:
"fire fox does not know hot to open this address, because the
protocol(uk) isn't associated with any program"

site URL: http://effectivewebsites.googlepages.com

What might be the reason.

Hello, Apex,

It is the special characters, (like colon, ampersand...) in your page
titles that have thrown a spanner in the works.  These characters have
special meanings on the internet, so they have to be changed to code
in your web addresses.  The easiest solution to this problem, (short
of rewriting all your pages,) is:

obtain the url of each link in question bu right-clicking the GRAY
page url in Site Manager, and clicking 'copy shortcut', or 'copy link
location' depending on your browser;
open Page Creator to page where the link is;
click the link;
click 'change';
choose 'web address';
paste the link into the box;
click 'OK'

You will have to do this for each link that has a special character in
it.

Best to use Firefox, as IE sometimes changes links.

Hope this helps.
