Skipping over the ceremony, let's get to the features...

Behold:

    * A lovely new appearance -- both easy on the eyes and more
usable.

    * Introducing folders with convenient drag-and-drop organization
(you asked for them, and we listened!).
      For those who used tags, don't worry -- your tags have been
automatically converted to folders.

    *  Better search now displays all relevant documents and
spreadsheets as quickly as you can enter your search terms.

    * A new, relative chronology allows quick access to documents or
spreadsheets edited "TODAY", "YESTERDAY" or "EARLIER THIS MONTH".

    * Do you have some frequent collaborators? (In my case Regina,
Google Docs & Spreadsheets Guide 2, comes to mind.) Well, now you can
sort by collaborator. Just select their name from the "Shared with..."
section of the sidebar, and all commonly shared documents and
spreadsheets appear.
