It's time for some new features!

The feature that I've heard requested over and over again is here!
Yes, you can now Freeze Columns. More info can be found at

We also decided to give you an overdue holiday gift. You can now
create and edit forms, which allow people you invite to put data in
your spreadsheet without ever actually opening the spreadsheet. You
can see all the form responses by opening the spreadsheet, or by using
a new "forms list" iGoogle gadget, which quickly shows which of your
spreadsheets have new form responses.

Also in this launch we added image insertion.

There have also been some great charting improvements: Improved chart
labeling
   - use as many words as you'd like to describe your numbers
   - labels are also automatically rotated to fit

And lastly, we've increased the speed in which large spreadsheets are
loaded.
